Serves 6 to 8, preparation time: 15 minutes, cooking time: 30 to 35 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 75g maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 5g white flour
  • 50g velouté (pure Sea Buckthorn juice)

Preparation:

  • Take out all ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Apply 5g butter and flour the baking tin (22cm diameter).
  • Melt butter, add all ingredients and whisk.
  • When the dough is smooth and creamy, transfer to the mold.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Serve with:

  • Fruit purée
  • Ice cream
  • Fruit salad
  • Maple syrup
