For 6 baguettes

Ingredients:

  • 1,7kg of flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • 5g of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g of butter
  • 375g of crushed sea buckthorn pulp and seeds
  • 40g of yeast

Mixture:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Shape.
  4. Let it rest for 1 hour, brush with egg yolk to give it color.
  5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking at 200°C.
  6. Place in oven with a bowl of water nearby.
  7. Monitor cooking, maximum 15 to 20 minutes, finish cooking from the top.
